Looking at the recent turmoil in the Google pagerank world, we realized that there really isn’t a way to reliably check domain Pagerank in bulk, a tool many domainers and SEO professionals certainly need as part of their workflow toolbox. That’s why we went ahead and created a real power tool for domainers and SEO professionals to analyze large numbers of domains for Pagerank.

The result of our efforts: FastPagerank.com, the only tool on the Web where you can accurately check the real pagerank of thousands of domains in seconds.

Pagerank domains can be powerful assets for search engine optimization and website development. A high pagerank means that the domain has a large number of quality backlinks, high Google ranking and likely a steady flow of traffic. Great for a SEO strategy or domain reseller purposes.

FastPagerank.com features up to 50,000 pagerank lookups per day, 10,000 at a time, with custom plans for higher query limits available. The results for even large bulk queries are virtually instant, and fake pagerank is detected and displayed. In true estibot.com style, there is no need to pre-format your domain lists, just copy-paste whatever files or web pages you need to analyze and FastPagerank.com will parse the domains and present you with a highly readable output. Downloading the results in a .csv file is just a click away.

Check it out: FastPagerank.com

We hope you enjoy it.

I’m about finished with this weekend’s coding binge, and very pleased to present to you the latest update:

Estibot TotalSearch™ Data

TotalSearch™ is by far the coolest data you will acquire for your domain name. It represents the total number of searches across all known search engines, in the U.S. search market. It is an estimate of the true search popularity for the exact phrase match of the search term that your domain is made of. The data is from 2008, so it is well representative of the current search market. Forget Overture, this is the new benchmark.

TotalCPC™ An up-to-date estimate of the highest advertiser bid for the search term from 2008.

TotalCompetition™ Represents the amount of advertiser competition that exists for the search term, again the data is from 2008.

These data are available for the single appraisal at this point. I will get to work on improving the bulk appraisals, and will include the data soon.

I’m happy to report that the Droplists are now up-to-date, and from now on
will be posted 2 to 3 days before the auction/drop date. I am also pleased
to announce a partnership with GoDaddy, enabling me to add TDNAM lists
there soon.

You can view the pre-analyzed Namejet and Snapnames lists here:
http://estibot.com/members/droplists/

Make sure you visit my partner site PremiumDrops.com also for some
powerful expired domain tools.

I’m also pleased to announce a partnership between Estibot.com and
AEIOU.com. In case you’re not familiar with them yet, they provide
development for domain names – included in the package is a well-designed
mini-site, free hosting, and a SEO link building/marketing campaign.

Domain development is the next step after parking. As we all know, parking
revenues are going down across the board. If you’ve read my recent
interview at DNKitchen.com, you’ll know that my philosophy is to not have
such domain names in one’s portfolio that do not create revenue.

Estibot.com and AEIOU.com are pleased to offer $10 off per site
exclusively to Estibot users. To take advantage of the special offer,
visit
http://www.aeiou.com/estibotcom-special-offer/

As usual, I would not promote any service that I would not use myself. I
believe the AEIOU.com offer adds value to your Estibot membership. I have
bought development for several domain names from them, and I am pleased
with the results. You can view some of the domains that I have had
developed by them:
Hypnotherapist.com
LaplandTourism.com
GrahamFlour.com
OnlinePhDPsychology.com

Many of my domains are now climbing the Google SERPS, which they never did
when parked. For instance, GrahamFlour.com is now #7 in Google for its own
keywords, and OnlinePhDPsychology.com is #10 – that’s just weeks after the
sites went live. Where previously there was no traffic, I’m now seeing
visitors and revenue.

On another note, apologies once again for the delays in getting the bulk
appraisal inconsistencies fixed. I have made real progress with that now
and expect to launch a new, improved version within a few weeks.

Finally, I would like to invite you to share with me some domain names
that you’ve found with the Estibot tools, or other stories on how you’ve
used Estibot to your advantage. I would love to hear about your
experiences. Also, although my to-do list is miles long, I am always open
to your suggestions for improvements or new features.

Thank you for your continued support

Pleased to present my latest tool: The Semantic Domain Name Finder ALPHA

I also call this the ‘Lazy Man’s Domain Finder’.

It’s another one of those resource hogs, so I had to limit access to
Domainer Pro and Exclusive members. You can find the tool in the
navigation bar, it’s the last one.

Please remember this is a very early version – first working version in
fact.

This tool will take any input, text, web page, etc…For instance, you
could input a piece of news, a paragraph in an article, or just a web
page.

It will then analyze the keywords within your input, and find potentially
good keyword combinations related to the text.

The tool will then perform a preliminary check for availability, and
output a list of potentially good available domain names along with some
basic keyword data.

It’s a pretty cool tool to spend some time with. It does come up with some
interesting names. Just a little bit of testing found these names for
instance:

ManagingOutsourcing.com
OpportunitiesAgency.com
ArsenalManager.com
SoftwareChallenges.com
IncomeAccounting.com
EmployeeConfidentiality.com
InformationMonitoring.com
OccupationalEmployment.com
TransportationShuttles.com
StaffingPolicies.com
ManagementPitfalls.com

Tip: Don’t input too much text at once. A good size is a paragraph, or a
single-screen web page.

Enjoy, good hunting!

In the true weekend-warrior tradition, I’ve engaged in some serious coding over this weekend, and happy to say I came up with yet another power tool to speed up your workflow and help you find valuable domain names. Available Domain Finder – “PLUS” (you can find this in the navigation bar under “Available Domains Plus”) This tool works much like the Long Tail tool, but this time it searches for terms that have your keyword at the _end_ of the term. It will also perform a 100% accurate domain availability check so there is no need to verify availability. It will output only the available domain names, along with the keywords and keyword statistics. At the end of the page you will find copiable text lists of the domains and the corresponding keywords. TIP: Click on the ‘keyword’ cell in the table to open up Google AdTest in a new window – this is great for getting an instant look at the keyword market value – pay attention to the number and quality of Adwords ads that appear. This tool is extremely resource-intensive. Exclusive members get 2,000 domains checked in one go, Pro members get 100. Unfortunately free or domainer members don’t get this functionality because it would kill the servers. If you’re serious about domaining, maybe it’s time to go Exclusive. I have personally registered hundreds of domains using these tools – domains that are 100% comparable to domain names that have been recently sold in the aftermarket for over $1k. Look at the Domain Distribution Network for instance. A few weeks ago I hand registered a domain name that is making $5 per day in parking PPC – MedicalAirTransport.com – That one domain alone is worth more in PPC than the Exclusive membership fee! The Exclusive membership should be well worth the money. Of course, in domaining, the trick is to find a buyer, so I can’t guarantee any results for you. On another note, Safari woes continue. I have no idea what it is with Mac Safari – it used to be my #1 browser, but not anymore. I can’t get the Estibot bulk tools to work properly with Safari, so I recommend all Mac users use Firefox with Estibot. Windows users should have no problems with IE or Firefox. Also, I’m working to incorporate the new keyword parser to the Fast Bulk Tool, Portfolio Appraisal and Domain List Scanner. It should improve the performance of those tools quite a bit. One more thing, I’m still trying to find the cause for discrepancies between the bulk appraisal and single appraisal – please bear with me. I’d like to give thanks again to you my members who have been very active in reporting bugs and suggesting improvements – I continue to believe that I have the coolest member roster in the domaining world! Couldn’t do this without your help. That’s it for now – thanks for your continued support of Estibot

I made an upgraded Bulk Whois tool. What it does it takes any input from you, again much like the Domain Extractor, and detects all the domain names, and then checks for availability across 7 of the most popular tld’s. It makes up to 7,000 whois checks from just one input! Who can beat that? The tool is in BETA stage so please don’t get angry if there are bugs. I just put it together and it seems to be working, and I wanted to share it with you guys right away, even if it is not perfect yet. I’ll be improving it in the coming days. It’s great for scanning for availability of good names in other tld’s, should the .com be reserved. Also great for looking at the desirability of a domain name; the more widely it is reserved across the TLD’s, the more desirable the name usually is. Exclusive members get 7 x 1,000 checks in one run, Pro members 7 x 500 = 3,500 checks, and Domainer members get 7 x 100 = 700 checks. Also, I updated the Domainer level tool set to include the basic Bulk Whois tool. Look for the “bulk whois” and “bulk MULTI whois” in the navigation bar.
